6.Q&ACustomer: Can you send me sample to check the quality?
Wejoy: We will send you free sample. You only need to pay freight.
Customer: How can I place an order?Wejoy: After we receive a deposit of 30% of total payment, we will start production. And please pay the rest payment before loading. There is no need for deposit and we will give long credit after we do business for a certain time.
Customer: How do you send products?Wejoy: We usually load products in containers and send them by ship. If the order is small, we can send the products to shipping agents in China.
Customer: Are the products produced in your own factory?Wejoy: We have a big factory to produce kinds of products. Please check the pictures of our warehouse and production lines on the page. And our professional QC team will check all products' quality from material purchasing to packaging.
Customer: Can you produce customized products?Wejoy: We accept OEM, ODM production. Please pay the developing fee and we will produce the products you designed. And the fee will be returned after you order a certain amount.
