#1 What categories of the product do you have?
A: Our main products include: sofa hinge, sofa leg, sofa connector, sofa & bed mechanisms, etc.

#2 What kinds of raw material do you use in your product?
A: Steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy, etc.

#3 What is the MOQ of your products?
A: Different items have different MOQ, please kindly check with our sales team.

#4 Is it sample available?
A: We can normally provide samples for free such as some sofa hinges, sofa legs, sofa connectors, etc. But for the big items, we need to charge sample fee. And clients have to pay for the delivery cost.

#5 Do you accept sample order?
A: Yes, we do. We agree our customers to purchase samll quantity to check our quality.

#6 What kinds of payment term do you use?
A: T/T, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading or by telex release 10 days 
before the estimated arrival time at destination. 

#7 Do you have OEM and ODM service base on client's design or drawings?
A: Yes, we have OEM and ODM service. We are professional furniture hardware manufacturer with our R&D department. We have professional technician and engineer which can provide the drawings and even open moulds for our clients.

#8 How do you ensure quality control and do you have after-sales service?
A: We have our QC team to check the products very carefully before packing and shipping. We inspect each processing base on client's drawings or samples. We have good after-sales service to solve all the questions of product quality.
